Job summary

Cit Cosmeceutical Pte. Ltd. in Ang Mo Kio seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities and lead the production team. The role covers production planning, purchasing, inventory control, SAP administration, ISO documentation, audits and handover of finished goods.

The successful candidate will be hands-on, capable of team leadership and coordinating across the full production workflow with strong organizational skills and independent decision‑making abilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Diploma qualification; Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related disciplines are advantageous.
• Experience supervising, leading or coaching production team members is preferred.
• Hands-on and willing to participate throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train and coach production team members.
• Plan and manage daily production schedules and work allocation.
• Manage production purchasing, inventory and stock requirements.
• Oversee the complete manufacturing process from material purchase to finished goods handover.
• Participate in production activities and understand the full workflow.
• Monitor production progress and ensure operations meet schedule.
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth production.
• Create and update production data in the SAP system.
• Prepare and maintain ISO documentation and production records.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
• Ensure production machines are maintained; assist with troubleshooting.
• Identify and communicate production issues and support improvement.
• Perform other assignments and projects delegated by Management.

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Our Client is looking for an experienced and hands‑on Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities and lead the production team.

The successful candidate will be involved across the full manufacturing process, including production planning, purchasing, inventory control, SAP administration, ISO documentation, audits and finished goods handover.

This position is suitable for an experienced manufacturing professional who enjoys both team leadership and hands‑on production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train and coach production team members
• Plan and manage daily production schedules and work allocation
• Manage production purchasing, inventory and stock requirements
• Oversee the complete manufacturing process from material purchase, withdrawal and issuance through to finished goods handover to the warehouse
• Participate in production activities and understand the full production workflow
• Monitor production progress and ensure operations are completed according to schedule
• Coordinate closely with other departments to support smooth production operations
• Create, maintain and update production information in the SAP system
• Prepare, update and maintain ISO documentation and production records
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes and documentation
• Ensure production machines and equipment are properly maintained
• Assist with cleaning and troubleshooting of production machinery when required
• Identify and communicate production issues and support continuous improvement
• Perform other assignments and projects delegated by Management

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Diploma qualification; candidates with a background in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related disciplines will have an advantage
• Experience supervising, leading or coaching production team members is preferred
• Hands‑on and willing to participate throughout the manufacturing process
• Strong organisational and production coordination skills
• Able to work independently and make objective and responsible decisions
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to provide guidance and training to team members
• Computer literate
• Experience with SAP systems will be advantageous
• Experience with ISO documentation and audit processes will be advantageous
