Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Supervisor in Singapore to lead and train a production team, manage purchases and schedules, and maintain SAP and ISO documentation.

The role requires hands-on experience in manufacturing and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to meet production timelines. The successful candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, handle troubleshooting of production equipment, and support audits and documentation processes while

Qualifications

• Diploma with Engineering Chemistry background is advantageous.
• Manufacturing work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and coach team members.
• Manage daily production purchase, inventory, stock and work schedules.
• Clean and troubleshoot production machines.
• Oversee manufacturing process from purchase to handover to warehouse.
• Create, maintain and update the SAP system.
• Maintain ISO documentation and records.
• Assist with internal and external audits and documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure production runs on schedule.

Position title: Production Supervisor

• Salary:$2200 - 2800+ AWS+ VB
• Location:Ang Mo Kio (3 bus stops from Yio Chu Kang Interchange)
• Working Days:5.5 Days Work Week
• Working Hours:Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm

Job Description:

• Able to lead, train and coach team member
• Manage and handle daily production purchase, inventory, stock, and work schedule
• Cleaning and troubleshoot in production machines
• Responsible for the whole process of the manufacturing from purchase, withdraw, issue until handover to warehouse
• Create, maintain and update the SAP system
• ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance
• Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation
• Co-operate with inter department to ensure the production is running as per schedule
• Other task/assignment given by the Superior/Management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma with Engineering Chemical or Chemistry background will be advantage
• Manufacturing work experience required
