The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking personnel for a Tuas-based production supervision role in a steel fabrication environment.

The position oversees bar bending, reads shop drawings, and ensures timely completion of rebar processing with strict adherence to drawings and safety standards. Candidates should have a Diploma in engineering and relevant production supervision experience, with preference for those familiar with steel fabrication, rebar processing, and safety management.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any engineering field.
• Relevant experience in production supervision, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in steel fabrication, rebar processing, or similar manufacturing operations
• Knowledge of safety management
• WSH certification for supervisory or lifting supervision will be an added advantage

Responsabilités

• Supervise and monitor progress of bar bending activities on the production shopfloor.
• Read and interpret drawings, bar bending schedules and shop drawings.
• Ensure timely completion of rebar cutting and bending works in accordance with approved drawings.
• Identify and resolve production, quality and safety issues promptly.
• Practice advance planning and manage critical activities involving materials, manpower and equipment.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure quality compliance and that all works are executed according to approved drawings.
• Ensure that production activities comply with safety and quality standards at all times.

Location:Tuas
Working Days: 5. 5 days A Week (44 hrs/week)
Working hours : Mon-Fri (8am - 5pm): Sat (8am - 12pm)
Salary :$3,500 - $4,500 (Based on market rate, subject to individual’s qualification & experience)

Overview

We are a public-listed company that specialises in the manufacturing of steel prefabricated reinforcement for the construction industry. We are seeking suitably qualified personnel to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor progress of bar bending activities on the production shopfloor.
• Read and interpret drawings, bar bending schedules and shop drawings.

Requirements

• Willing to work on rotating day and night shifts. (Currently only day shift, night shift for future arrangement)
• Experience in manpower planning and supervising production workers.
• Knowledge of safety management
• WSH certification for supervisory or lifting supervision will be an added
  advantage
