Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Tuas site.

You will supervise bar bending activities on the production shopfloor, read drawings, and ensure timely completion of rebar cutting and bending in line with approved drawings. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving production, quality, and safety issues, planning materials, manpower and equipment, and conducting regular quality checks to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering field required.
• Relevant production supervision experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in steel fabrication or rebar processing is an advantage.
• Willing to work rotating day/night shifts; current is day shift.
• Experience in manpower planning and supervising workers.
• Knowledge of safety management; WSH certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Working Days: 5. 5 days A Week (44 hrs/week)
Working hours : Mon-Fri (8am - 5pm): Sat (8am - 12pm)
Salary :$3,500 - $4,500 (Based on market rate, subject to individual’s qualification & experience)

Overview:

We are a public-listed company that specialises in the manufacturing of steel prefabricated reinforcement for the construction industry. We are seeking suitably qualified personnel to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor progress of bar bending activities on the production shopfloor.
• Read and interpret drawings, bar bending schedules and shop drawings.
• Ensure timely completion of rebar cutting and bending works in accordance with approved drawings.

Requirements:

• Experience insteel fabrication, rebar processing, or similar manufacturing operationswill be an advantage.
• Willing to work on rotating day and night shifts. (Currently only day shift, night shift for future arrangement)
• Experience inmanpower planning and supervising production workers.
• Knowledge of safety management
• WSH certification for supervisory or lifting supervision will be an added
  advantage
