Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee bar bending on the production shop floor at our Tuas facility.

You will read and interpret drawings and schedules, ensuring timely completion of rebar cutting and bending in accordance with approved drawings. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Engineering with relevant supervision experience in steel fabrication or similar manufacturing operations, and can plan manpower, monitor quality, and enforce safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering or related field.
• Relevant production supervision experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in steel fabrication or rebar operations is a plus.
• Willing to work rotating day and night shifts (day shift now).
• Experience in manpower planning and supervising workers.
• Knowledge of safety management; WSH certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor progress of bar bending on the shop floor.
• Read and interpret drawings, bar bending schedules and shop drawings.
• Ensure timely completion of rebar cutting and bending per drawings.
• Identify and resolve production, quality and safety issues promptly.
• Plan and manage materials, manpower and equipment for critical activities.
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with drawings and standards.
• Ensure production activities comply with safety and quality standards.
