Job summary

STEELTECH INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily factory activities at our Singapore facility.

You will manage manpower, monitor progress, and align output with project requirements and delivery timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating equipment maintenance, ensuring work adheres to drawings, specs, and quality standards, and optimizing resource utilization to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec in Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in steel fabrication or related industries.
