Job summary

BBQ & Steamboat Product Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coordinate manpower, workflow, and schedules to hit targets.

You will ensure food safety, hygiene, quality, GMP/HACCP familiarity, and maintain records while training staff and reporting issues to management.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or F&B environment.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with GMP, HACCP, and food safety practices is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure targets are met.
• Coordinate manpower, workflow, and production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor product quality and minimize downtime and wastage.
• Train, guide, and supervise production staff.
• Maintain production records and report operational issues to management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Factory Manager.
