Job summary

Zhongyou Partnership Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in Singapore. You will lead a team to ensure targets, quality and safety standards are met, coordinating with operators, technicians and quality control to keep the workflow smooth.

You will monitor machine performance, report issues and assist maintenance, while ensuring adherence to production schedules and workplace safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a factory or production environment.
• Must have good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of processes and machinery preferred.
