Job summary

CIT COSMECEUTICAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on production supervisor to lead a machining and finishing team.

You will oversee daily purchasing, inventory, and scheduling, while ensuring ISO documentation and audits are met. The role requires someone who trains staff and collaborates with interdepartment teams to keep production on schedule. We expect a Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry with 2–3 years in manufacturing, strong communication, and a proactive, learning

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering Chemical or Chemistry preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of manufacturing work experience required.
• Independent thinker who acts objectively and with integrity.
• Willing to learn new things and hands-on.
• Excellent communication to train teammates and handle client/associate queries.
• Computer literate and able to use business software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and coach team members.
• Manage daily production purchase, inventory, stock, and work schedule.
• Learn and participate from start to finish finishing product.
• Clean and troubleshoot production machines.
• Manage the whole manufacturing process from purchase to handover to warehouse.
• Create, maintain and update the SAP system.
• Update and maintain ISO documentation; support audits.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure production runs per schedule.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Superior/Management.

Job Description:

• Able to lead, train and coach team member
• Manage and handle daily production purchase, inventory, stock, and work schedule
• Willing to learn and participate from the start to the end finishing product
• Cleaning and troubleshoot in production machines
• Responsible for the whole process of the manufacturing from purchase, withdraw, issue until handover to warehouse
• Create, maintain and update the SAP system
• ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance
• Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation
• Co-operate with inter department to ensure the production is running as per schedule
• Other task/assignment given by the Superior/Management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma with Engineering Chemical or Chemistry background will be advantage
• At least 2-3 years manufacturing work experience required
• Independent thinker who acts and decides objectively and with integrity
• Willing to learn new things and hands on
• Excellent communication so as to provide training and coaching to team member and also to handle queries from clients/associates
• Computer literate
