Job summary

Zenika Singapore is seeking an Application Support/SRE consultant to own the Run phase for critical applications in a modern production environment. You will monitor health, diagnose incidents, and drive RCA with development teams to implement long-term fixes.

Experience with AWS, Datadog, Git, and CI/CD pipelines is essential, as is strong SQL and Unix/Linux scripting. You’ll collaborate with a global team, contribute to runbooks, and help automate toil while delivering reliable, observable web

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in application support or production engineering.
• Strong command of SQL.
• Deep familiarity with Unix/Linux systems and shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Datadog, and Git.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and the SDLC.
• Agile, fast learner, collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Production monitoring and health checks using Datadog and cloud dashboards.
• Incident management and resolution across Python/Java/SQL layers.
• Conduct RCA and partner with development teams for long-term fixes.
• Support deployments on AWS and CI/CD pipelines with safe rollback.
• Analyze performance, tune SQL and scale resources.
• Identify automation opportunities and maintain runbooks.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders during incidents.
