Job summary

SOITEC MICROELECTRONICS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Planner to organize daily and weekly production activities in the semiconductor fab.

You will build schedules based on customer demand, capacity, and equipment availability, while tracking WIP and ensuring on-time delivery. You will collaborate with Operations, Process, Equipment Engineering, Yield Engineering, Quality, and Order Management to optimize throughput and cycle time, and report risks and recovery plans to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IE, Manufacturing Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in semiconductormanufacturing, wafer Fab, production planning, production control, or a related field.
• Knowledge of WIP management, productionscheduling, capacity planning, and cycle-time management.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Power BI. Knowledge of Gemini is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and present daily, weekly production activities in the semiconductor Fab.
• Develop production schedules based on customer demand, production capacity, WIP levels, equipment availability, and delivery requirements.
• Monitor Lots daily movement through steps/layers to ensure targets are achieved.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Process, Equipment Engineering, Yield Engineering, Quality, and Order Management teams.
• Monitor production performance and identify issues affecting output, target fulfillment and OTD.
• Adjust/control production plans according to equipment downtime, process constraints, material availability, and priorities changing.
• Analyze production data and provide recommendations to improve throughput, capacity utilization, and cycle time.
• Report preparation and communicate production status, risks, and recovery plans to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in CIP related to Fab productivity, WIP control, cycle-time reduction, on hold lots disposition and production efficiency.

• Good in presentation, communication andcoordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturingenvironment and in Swing shift (Sunday-Thursday, Off Fri & Sat OR Tuesday to Saturday, Off Sun & Mon)
