Silith Technology seeks a proactive analyst to support sales planning, forecasting, and business analytics within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will manage sales data, develop forecasts, and provide insights to optimise production alignment with demand.

The role requires a degree in a relevant field and 2+ years in planning/analytics, with a preference for semiconductor fab operations experience and ability to collaborate with Sales and Manufacturing teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, statistics or data analytics.
• Minimum 2 years in sales planning, forecasting or analytics.
• Experience with large datasets and forecasting; trend analysis.
• Understanding of semiconductor fab operations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage sales data, forecasts, and business performance reporting.
• Analyze sales trends, customer demand, and market requirements to support business planning.
• Develop demand forecasts and monitor forecast accuracy.
• Prepare regular sales and business performance reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Production Planning, and Operations to align demand with capacity.
• Perform data analysis and provide recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Support sales budgeting, revenue planning, and business reviews.
• Drive improvements in forecasting methodologies, reporting processes, and data management.

We are seeking a candidate to support sales planning, forecasting, and business analytics within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will manage and analyze sales data, develop forecasts, and provide insights to support business decisions. A good understanding of fab operations and production processes is highly preferred to facilitate effective coordination between Sales and Manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales data, forecasts, and business performance reporting.
• Analyze sales trends, customer demand, and market requirements to support business planning.
• Develop demand forecasts and monitor forecast accuracy.
• Prepare regular sales and business performance reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Production Planning, and Operations teams to align customer demand with production capacity.
• Perform data analysis and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Support sales budgeting, revenue planning, and business reviews.
• Drive continuous improvements in forecasting methodologies, reporting processes, and data management systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Min 2 years of experience in sales planning, forecasting, demand planning, business analytics, or related roles.
• Experience managing large datasets and performing forecasting and trend analysis.
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and fab operations is highly preferred.
• Experience in production planning, planning control, or project management within a fab environment is an added advantage.
