Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Lead / Supervisor Production Planner to oversee production activities and meet demand, quality, and delivery timelines. You will optimise manpower, equipment, and materials while maintaining cost-efficient operations.

Role requires a Diploma or higher, 5+ years in production planning and team leadership, and strong knowledge of capacity planning and continuous improvement. Applications are confidential.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, manufacturing operations leadership and team management.
• Knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, and resource management.
• Familiarity with operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Understanding of costing principles, internal auditing processes, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee production activities across multiple product lines.
• Develop and prioritize production schedules to achieve optimal efficiency and timely delivery.
• Forecast and allocate manpower, machinery, and raw materials to meet production requirements.
• Assign and coordinate workforce resources to support production targets.
• Schedule and monitor production orders to ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Track production progress and address operational issues promptly to minimize delays.
• Analyze production output, including completed units, defects, and operational performance metrics.
• Prepare and present regular production status, performance, and planning reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation and production records.
• Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure seamless workflow.
