A & One Precision Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent team member to support the production department. You will assist with reports, manage job orders and purchase requisitions, and help plan production output while monitoring machine capacity and OEE.

You will work cross-functionally to meet schedules and provide timely updates to Sales/Projects. The role requires reading mechanical drawings with GD&T and maintaining essential production documents.

Competenze

• Min. NTC/Nitec level in ME/Mechatronic or related.
• Two years of clerical/manufacturing experience.
• Able to read, understand mechanical drawings and GD&T.
• Independent, resourceful and result oriented.

Mansioni

• Provide support at production department and assist in reports preparation.
• Prepare, generate and release job orders and purchase requisitions to departments.
• Plan production output and monitor machine capacity and OEE.
• Collaborate across departments to meet schedules and keep stakeholders updated.
• Maintain and update production/engineering/technical documents.
• Arrange production runs as instructed by Supervisors/HOD.
• Receive and distribute raw materials for production use.
• Distribute parts to other departments for next processes.
• Systematize and improve workflow.
• Utilize ERP and reporting tools for accurate data and reporting.
• Interpret technical drawings and part specifications.
