WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable production planner to manage forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling to meet delivery requirements and operational priorities.

You will coordinate with project leaders, planners and production supervisors on priority setting, material requirements, BOM updates, and data-driven decisions to support timely order fulfillment.

Job description

Manage production forecasting and planning based on demand, capacity and available resources.

Plan and schedule production orders to meet delivery requirements and operational priorities.

Coordinate with Project Leaders, Planners and Production Supervisors on production priorities and scheduling.

Manage material requirements, purchase requisitions, BOM updates and approved design change implementation.

Review material and production capacity to support timely order confirmation.

Coordinate with Purchasing on material delivery schedules and inventory requirements to maintain an appropriate stock level.

Monitor material availability and proactively address potential supply constraints affecting production continuity.

Prepare periodic E&O and buy-down claim reports.

Monitor and ensure timely closure of production orders to support invoicing.

Prepare ad-hoc reports and data analysis for Management and cross-functional teams to support informed decision-making.
