Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte Ltd is seeking a production planning professional to coordinate output for finished goods and sub-assemblies, ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders.

You will manage inventory across distribution points, leverage ERP/MRP systems, and collaborate with customer service, production, and logistics to handle changes and optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production planning and scheduling experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle or SAP).
• Strong Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
• Good cross-functional coordination and communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong planning and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.

• Familiar with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP or similar).
• Comfortable using Excel for tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
• Good coordination and communication skills to work across departments.
• Detail-oriented with strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
