Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing logistics, production planning, and process costing.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; VBA and C++ knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop production scheduling and WIP strategies to meet production and inventory targets.
• Plan equipment capacity, production flow, and material requirements based on product mix and process capacity.
• Identify opportunities to improve production capacity, material flow, yield, and process efficiency.
• Schedule ingot production according to product requirements and equipment capacity.
• Coordinate ingot deliveries to international sites and adjust production plans based on changing requirements.
