Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking a production planning professional to coordinate material flow and schedules to ensure timely customer delivery.

You will review performance metrics, manage WIP, and collaborate with the Material Planning team to meet targets while maintaining optimal inventory levels. The role requires strong SAP skills, ability to handle engineering changes, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate material flow and production schedules to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Review daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance to identify trends, address gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage production input, output and work-in-progress (WIP) in line with demand to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimise delays.
• Work closely with the Material Planning team to achieve delivery targets and inventory turnover goals.
• Support material readiness for engineering changes and new product introductions.
• Assess demand fluctuations, production loading and capacity requirements to adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve planning, scheduling and shipment issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates in SAP while adhering to established operating procedures.
• Provide coaching and guidance to colleagues by sharing planning knowledge and practical experience.
• Initiate and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance planning efficiency and operational performance.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external customers on production plans and delivery requirements.

Other Information

Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Strong analytical skills, with practical knowledge of spreadsheets, pivot tables and databases.

Able to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.

Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
