Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Planning Coordinator to turn customer requirements into coordinated production and delivery plans. You will serve as the main liaison for assigned customers, coordinating with production and supply chain teams to align schedules with deadlines.

The role offers exposure to order progress tracking, data analysis in Excel, and SAP/MRP usage, with opportunities to contribute ideas to improve planning accuracy and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in planning, supply chain, customer service or related function.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in handling customer enquiries.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage changing requirements.
• Familiarity with SAP and MRP systems would be an advantage.
