Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking a Production Planner in Singapore to plan and manage production schedules, monitor inventory, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery. The role requires a diploma/degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and at least 3 years of production planning experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is required. The position is a 1-year contract with a basic salary up to SGD 5,500 plus AWS and bonuses, based in Singapore.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production schedules and cell activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyse material flow, demand fluctuations, and capacity to support planning.
• Monitor WIP to maintain optimal inventory and minimise delays.
• Review performance to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve planning and shipment issues.
• Maintain SAP planning data and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Liaise with customers on production schedules and delivery matters.

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in production planning and control

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production schedules and cell activities to ensure timely delivery to customers
• Analyse material flow, demand fluctuations, production loading and capacity requirements to support effective planning
• Monitor production input, output and work-in-progress (WIP) to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimise delays
• Review daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance to identify trends, address gaps and drive continuous improvement
• Work closely with the material planning team to achieve delivery targets and inventory turnover goals
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve planning, scheduling and shipment issues
• Support material planning for engineering changes and new product introductions
• Maintain accurate and timely planning data and updates in SAP
• Ensure compliance with established operating procedures and planning processes
• Liaise with internal and external customers on production schedules, material availability and delivery matters
