Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. is seeking a production planning specialist to align manufacturing output with demand and targets. You will develop scheduling approaches, establish monthly plans, and analyze capacity and material flow to optimize inventory levels.

The role requires an engineering degree and 2+ years in manufacturing logistics, with strong Excel/VBA skills and knowledge of C++. You will lead or coordinate cross-functional teams and drive improvements across sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing logistics, production planning and material-flow processes.

• Coordinate production plans for ingot growth and inter-site deliveries, adjusting schedules based on product mix, capacity and customer requirements.

Job description

• Establish monthly production and WIP plans to maintain appropriate inventory levels across raw materials, work-in-progress and finished products.
• Assess equipment and process capacity through time studies, material-flow analysis and evaluation of product/process characteristics.
• Identify opportunities to improve production flow, capacity utilisation, yield and cycle-time performance.
• Coordinate production plans for ingot growth and inter-site deliveries, adjusting schedules based on product mix, capacity and changing customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience with manufacturing logistics, production planning and material-flow processes.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, product costing and capacity planning.
• Strong PC skills - Microsoft Excel and VBA, with knowledge of C++ and the ability to lead or coordinate teams.
