Job summary

U CONNECTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Planner to manage material requirements and develop production plans aligned with delivery commitments. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery and timely reporting of production status.

The ideal candidate has a technical diploma, at least 3 years in manufacturing planning, and strong English communication and teamwork skills to support a fast-paced environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Technical certificate or diploma required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Planner in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Proficient English communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Run the MRP system and raise PR for material requisitions.
• Develop production plans in accordance with customer on-time delivery requirements and internal production capacity.
• Work closely with colleagues from other departments to monitor and expedite on-time delivery to customers.
• Monitor closely and report timely on issues that prevent on-time delivery.
• Update and submit relevant production reports daily.
