• Degree in Engineering
• Min. 5 years relevant experience in server/rack/manufacturing environment
• Strong manufacturing processes knowledge and DMAIC knowledge
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities under pressure
• Be proactive with company standards of conduct
• Effective and continuous communication inside and outside the company
• Act with responsibility, ownership, initiative, leadership and good interpersonal skills
• Able to speak Mandarin to handle queries from Chinese-speaking customers

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production meetings to review results, plans and actions
• Monitor key production indicators including WIP, output and quality
• Manage resources, facilities and staffing levels to meet requirements
• Set and monitor production and quality targets
• Lead and motivate production teams and foster teamwork
• Coordinate training to improve staff skills and productivity
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9000/14000 and safety standards
• Coordinate with Engineering, Materials, Quality and Maintenance to resolve issues
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and processes
• Oversee equipment and tool requirements, maintenance and calibration
