Job summary

Job description

Purpose: Responsible for managing and overseeing overall production operations to achieve production, quality, efficiency, and delivery targets.

Department: Production – Ingrasys

Reports to: Senior Operation Manager / Operation Director

Location: 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5 Singapore528760

Working Hour: Monday-Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm /11.00pm to 8.00am

Key Area Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production meetings to review production results, plans, priorities, materials status, quality, and corrective actions.
• Monitor key production indicators, including WIP, output, quality, aging, capacity, manpower, and material status.
• Manage production resources, facilities, manpower, and staffing levels to meet operational requirements.
• Set clear production and quality targets, monitor performance, and ensure targets are achieved.
• Lead and motivate production teams while fostering teamwork, discipline, and a positive working environment.
• Develop and coordinate training programs to improve staff skills, certifications, and overall productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO 9000/14000 standards, safety, and workplace requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Materials, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues affecting production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve production efficiency, flexibility, quality, and processes.
• Oversee equipment and tool requirements, including replacement, maintenance, calibration, and certification.

Requirement

• Degree in any Engineering discipline
• Min. 5 years relevant experience in server/ rack/ manufacturing environment.
• Strong manufacturing processes plant knowledge and DMAIC methodology knowledge.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities and able to work under pressure.
• Be proactive to participate and execute in accordance with company’s standards of conduct.
• To have an effective and continuous communication inside and outside the company that minimizes misunderstandings and false expectations.
• Act with responsibility, ownership, initiative, leadership and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to speak Mandarin, in order to handle queries and feedbacks from Chinese speaking customers.
