Job summary

Manpower Singapore's production team in Tuas is seeking a Production Operator to support the safe and efficient manufacturing of high-quality dry powder media in a controlled environment. You will ensure timely order fulfillment aligned with customer requirements and company standards, reporting to the Production Manager.

The role requires accuracy in handling materials, adherence to GDP/EHS, and the ability to work rotating shifts while maintaining GMP compliance and contamination controls.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' level/ NITEC/ Diploma in Manufacturing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Accurately handle, weigh, and dispense bulk raw materials used in the formulation of dry powder media and pack product into final packaging formats ensuring adherence to procedure, GDP and EHS requirement
• Manually assemble and operate production equipment for powder transfer, blending, and milling processes in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform detailed manual cleaning and sanitization of production areas and equipment using approved cleaning agents, ensuring compliance with GMP and contamination control standards

About the role

The Production Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient manufacturing of high-quality Dry Powder Media within a controlled environment, ensuring timely order fulfillment in accordance with customer requirements and company standards. This position reports to the Production Manager and is part of the Production Team located in Tuas, Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately handle, weigh, and dispense bulk raw materials used in the formulation of dry powder media and pack product into final packaging formats ensuring adherence to procedure, GDP and EHS requirement




• Manually assemble and operate production equipment for powder transfer, blending, and milling processes in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)




• Perform detailed manual cleaning and sanitization of production areas and equipment using approved cleaning agents, ensuring compliance with GMP and contamination control standards

About you

• GCE 'O' level/ NITEC/ Diploma in Manufacturing or equivalent




• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working in controlled manufacturing environment




• Flexible to work rotating shifts




• Ability to lift, move or carry bulky materials and heavy equipment




• Willingness to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and work in controlled powder-handling environments




• Previous experience in GMP regulated manufacturing environment is a plus




• Experience in fast pace and fast changing environment is a plus
