Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD in Tuas, Singapore, is hiring a Production Operator for Life Science with rotating shifts. The role is full-time and on-site, focusing on safe, efficient manufacturing of dry powder media in a controlled environment to meet customer requirements and company standards.

The operator will weigh and dispense bulk materials, operate transfer and milling equipment, and perform cleaning to GMP and EHS standards, reporting to the Production Manager.

Qualifications

• GCE O level / NITEC / Diploma in Manufacturing or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in controlled manufacturing environment.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts.
• Ability to lift, move or carry bulky materials and heavy equipment.
• Willingness to wear appropriate PPE and work in powder-handling environments.

Responsibilities

• Accurately handle, weigh, and dispense bulk raw materials used in formulation of dry powder media and pack product into final packaging formats.
• Manually assemble and operate production equipment for powder transfer, blending, and milling per SOPs.
• Perform detailed manual cleaning and sanitization of production areas and equipment in GMP and contamination-control compliant manner.
