Job summary

Cytiva in Tuas, Singapore, is hiring a Production Operator to support the safe and efficient manufacturing of high‑quality dry powder media in a controlled environment. This on‑site role reports to the Production Manager within the Production Team.

Key responsibilities include handling raw materials, operating powder transfer and milling equipment, and performing rigorous cleaning to maintain GMP standards. Flexibility for rotating shifts is required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• GCE O level / NITEC / Diploma in Manufacturing or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a controlled manufacturing environment.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Accurately handle, weigh, and dispense bulk raw materials used in the formulation of dry powder media and pack product into final packaging formats ensuring adherence to procedure, GDP and EHS requirement.
• Manually assemble and operate production equipment for powder transfer, blending, and milling processes in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform detailed manual cleaning and sanitization of production areas and equipment using approved cleaning agents, ensuring compliance with GMP and contamination control standards.
