The operator will weigh and dispense bulk materials, operate transfer and milling equipment, and perform cleaning to GMP and EHS standards, reporting to the Production Manager.

Qualifications

• GCE O level / NITEC / Diploma in Manufacturing or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in controlled manufacturing environment.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts.
• Ability to lift, move or carry bulky materials and heavy equipment.
• Willingness to wear appropriate PPE and work in powder-handling environments.

Responsibilities

• Accurately handle, weigh, and dispense bulk raw materials used in formulation of dry powder media and pack product into final packaging formats.
• Manually assemble and operate production equipment for powder transfer, blending, and milling per SOPs.
• Perform detailed manual cleaning and sanitization of production areas and equipment in GMP and contamination-control compliant manner.

Job Summary

• The Production Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient manufacturing of high-quality Dry Powder Media within a controlled environment, ensuring timely order fulfillment in accordance with customer requirements and company standards.
• This position reports to the Production Manager and is part of the Production Team located in Tuas, Singapore and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• Accurately handle, weigh, and dispense bulk raw materials used in the formulation of dry powder media and pack product into final packaging formats ensuring adherence to procedure, GDP and EHS requirement.
• Manually assemble and operate production equipment for powder transfer, blending, and milling processes in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform detailed manual cleaning and sanitization of production areas and equipment using approved cleaning agents, ensuring compliance with GMP and contamination control standards.

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ level/ NITEC/ Diploma in Manufacturing or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working in controlled manufacturing environment
• Flexible to work rotating shifts
• Ability to lift, move or carry bulky materials and heavy equipment
• Willingness to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and work in controlled powder-handling environments

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• GMP regulated manufacturing environment
• Fast pace and fast changing environment
