Job summary

Corestaff Pte Ltd invites applications for a production operator role in Singapore's pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The position supports daily production activities, performs basic quality checks, and ensures adherence to SOP, GMP, safety, and cleanroom requirements.

We offer a gross salary up to SGD 2,600+ with allowances and OT, AWS plus variable bonus, transport allowance and company bus services from selected MRT/residential areas. Training provided; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent.
• Experience in pharma/medical devices or regulated manufacturing is a plus.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• 2–3 years of relevant production experience preferred.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts (7:00-19:15 / 19:15-07:15) with Pitman 2-2-3 schedule.
• Comfortable in cleanroom and regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and support daily manufacturing activities.
• Perform visual inspection and basic quality checks on products.
• Remove defective products and report abnormalities to supervisor.
• Follow SOP, GMP, safety, and cleanroom requirements.
• Complete basic production records and documentation accurately.
• Maintain housekeeping and a clean working area.
• Support daily production targets and smooth production flow.

Requirements

• Able to work on 12-hour (7:00am to 7:15pm / 7:00pm to 7:15am) rotating day and night shifts with Pitman 2-2-3 schedule

• No prior experience is required, as training will be provided

• 2 to 3 years of relevant production or manufacturing experience is preferred

• Comfortable with prolonged standing, working in a cleanroom and controlled manufacturing environment

• Able to follow strict operating procedures and maintain high safety and quality standards
