Job summary

Tet Lee Precision Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced QC Inspector to ensure quality across incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products in a precision manufacturing setting.

You will perform visual and dimensional checks with Mitutoyo Quick Vision and other precision instruments, record findings, and collaborate with Production and QA to resolve issues. The role requires 5+ years in QC, strong analytical skills, and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of QC experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Hands-on experience with inspection tools, procedures, and measurement equipment (Mitutoyo Quick Vision, gauges, calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Proficient in Mitutoyo Quick Vision programming.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in root cause analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and follow standardized procedures.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on, production environment, including overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Report and follow up on defects, non-conformances, and quality issues.
• Collaborate with Production and QA to investigate and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Participate in root cause analysis and assist in CAPA implementation.
• Support internal and external audits, customer inspections, and other quality assessments.
• Identify recurring quality issues and recommend process improvements for continuous enhancement.

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products, including semiconductor or precision components with tight tolerances, to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

• Perform visual and dimensional checks using tools such as Mitutoyo Quick Vision, calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments.

• Accurately record inspection findings on quality check sheets and maintain proper documentation and traceability.

• Report and follow up on defects, non-conformances, and any quality issues

• Work closely with Production and QA teams to investigate and resolve quality issues promptly.

• Participate in root cause analysis and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Support internal and external audits, customer inspections, and other quality-related assessments.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and customer-specific requirements.

• Identify recurring quality issues and recommend process improvements for continuous enhancement.
