Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a production operative to assemble server parts and racks on a production line in the East. You will use basic hand tools and follow precise instructions to piece together servers and components, ensuring quality and organization in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a 4-day work week with 12-hour rotating shifts, and a salary up to 3,000 SGD basic plus allowances. Prior experience in electronics/manufacturing is preferred, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, assembly, manufacturing or electronics is preferred.
• Able to follow work instructions and perform hands-on assembly work.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.

• Assemble server parts, hard drives, racks and cabinets.
• Install and put together server components on the production line.
• Use basic hand tools for assembly work.
• Unpack parts and pack completed products.
• Support rack building and other production work.

What We're Looking For

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification

• Experience in production, assembly, manufacturing or electronics is preferred

• Comfortable using basic hand tools

• Able to follow work instructions and perform hands-on assembly work

• Willing to learn and work as part of a team

Working Hours

• 12-hour rotating shifts

• 4 working days per week

• Rotating day and night shifts
