Job summary

Pearlie White Private Limited in Singapore is hiring for a Production Operator/Material Technician. The role involves receiving, sampling, dispensing and storing raw materials, and ensuring GMP and EHS compliance in a chemical plant.

You will work 44 hours per week with overtime, in a clean, air-conditioned environment at AMK Tech Place II in Serangoon North/Ang Mo Kio, with medical and dental insurance provided. Basic English required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 15 kg.
• Prior experience in production operations within a chemical plant is advantageous.
• Able to read and speak basic English.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, sampling, dispensing and proper storing of raw materials.
• Cleaning and sanitization of equipment involved in dispensing.
• General housekeeping and record-keeping.
• Comply with GMP and EHS requirements.
• Ad-hoc tasks: assist batch making and minor maintenance.
• Back-up for FG packing activities.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, sampling, dispensing (i.e., preparation and pre-weighing) and proper storing of raw materials.
• Cleaning and sanitization of all equipment involved in the dispensing activities.
• General housekeeping and record-keeping
• Comply with GMP and EHS requirements.

Ad-hoc tasks if required:

• Assist the Manufacturing Specialist in the batch making process and minor/periodic maintenance.
• FGs packing activities as back up personnel for this area.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift heavy objects to carry loads of up to 15kg. Lifting/mechanized device is available to assist lifting / pulling / pushing of heavier items.
• Prior experience as production operator or material technician in a plant handling chemical will have a strong advantage.
• Able to read and speak basic English.

Salary and Remuneration

Monthly Salary of SGD2,000 to SGD2,400. Expected to be willing to work overtime.

Working Hours and Office Location

This is a permanent full-time position.

Regular working hours of 44 hours per week : Monday to Thursday 8am - 6pm, and Friday 8am - 5pm.
