Job summary

Hai Sia Seafood Pte Ltd is seeking a meticulous Production Operator to join the team in Singapore. You will weigh, pack, seal and label seafood products, ensuring quality, food safety, cleanliness and minimal waste in a cold environment about 13°C.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; a steady pace and ability to follow instructions are essential. Good teamwork and alertness to issues are expected for smooth handovers between stations.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, plate and pack fish, prawns and squid to the right weight, layout and appearance
• Pack and seal products using machines (skin-pack, vacuum and lid sealing machines)
• Print and attach labels with the correct delivery date and quantity
• Check the products, seals and labels before handing over to the next station
• Keep waste low and work area clean and safe
