Job summary

OKAMURA TRADING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seafood processing associate to fillet, descale, clean, gut, polish, peel and cut seafood, while upholding high food quality and workspace cleanliness.

You will maintain safe food preparation standards, sanitize stations and equipment, and work overtime as needed. The role runs six days a week, from 4:30am to 1:30pm at Boon Lay, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum PSLE qualification.
• Ability to handle seafood safely and efficiently.
• Experience working in a back kitchen or central kitchen environment.

• Maintain high standards in food preparation to ensure product quality and safety.
• Clean all workstations and equipment at day end to meet hygiene standards.

• Follow company cleanliness protocols to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Work overtime when required to meet production demands.
• Handle physical loads of at least 20kg safely during daily tasks.
