Job summary

Recruit Expert is seeking a seasoned production leader to oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities in a high-volume, precision environment. You will guide production teams to achieve output, quality, efficiency and cost targets while driving improvements across processes with collaboration from engineering and frontline staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing production/manufacturing operations in a high-volume, precision environment.
• Proven experience leading frontline manufacturing teams including engineers, team leaders and operators.
• Strong understanding of production KPIs, process improvement, productivity and quality management.

• Maintain high standards of cleanroom discipline, workplace organisation, safety and adherence to established operating procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience managing production or manufacturing operations within a high-volume, precision manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading frontline manufacturing teams, including engineers, team leaders and operators.
• Strong understanding of production KPIs, process improvement, productivity and quality management.
• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions.

Salary: $6,000 to $8,000
