Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing production/manufacturing operations in a high-volume, precision environment.
• Proven experience leading frontline manufacturing teams including engineers, team leaders and operators.
• Strong understanding of production KPIs, process improvement, productivity and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities and lead production teams to meet output, quality, efficiency and cost targets.
• Review operational performance, identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions to improve throughput and stability.
• Drive improvement programmes across the production area with engineering and frontline teams to enhance processes and overall operational effectiveness.
• Develop team capability through coaching, skills development and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of cleanroom discipline, workplace organisation, safety and adherence to SOPs.
