Job summary

Mason & Co is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily semiconductor production operations, drive throughput, quality and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a skilled production team, manage schedules, coordinate with Quality and Engineering, implement Lean and 6S, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aMechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or related field, or Diploma holders with strong relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of production management experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a production/workshop team.
• Familiar with ERP systems, ISO 9001 and 6S.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and production safety is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
