Responsibilities include material planning, inventory management, and quality assurance in the manufacturing process. Candidates should have experience in the aluminium sector, be able to lead a team, and possess knowledge of machinery and technical drawings. This role requires working 6 days a week, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Conduct forecasting and planning of materials for production.
Schedule and plan production activities based on job orders.
Monitor lead time of finished product production.
Check inventory and arrange production to meet sales orders.
Ensure production schedule meets delivery dates.
Liaise with suppliers for powder coating.
Troubleshoot discrepancies and quality issues.

Update and check inventory physical stock and arrange production of finished goods to meet the sales order
Ensure production schedule meet the delivery date
Liaise with suppliers for powder coating

Planning of production schedules and allocate sufficient Manpower
Implementation production processes and maximize efficiency and reduce production waste

Preparing material and equipment lists, PO, cost analyses and estimated cost
Provide training staff for new production teams
Working hours & days: 6 days work per week 8:30am to 5:30pm.
