Job summary

FRONTKEN (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate daily production plans, ensure material availability, and drive continuous improvement.

You will lead a team of operators and technicians, maintain safety and housekeeping, and prepare reports to keep production aligned with schedule. The role requires a Diploma in a related field, 1–2 years of experience, and bilingual English/M Mandarin communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial/Production Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Experience in managing a team of production operators and technicians.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.

• Conduct training for supervisor, technician and operator and ensure that all staffs adhere to safety rules
• Manage good housekeeping practice of the workshop and premise
• Prepare and update all assigned reports
• Any other duties as assigned
