• Position Title: Assistant Production Supervisor
• Working Location: Ubi
• Working Hours: 6 days (Mon - Sat, 7am - 3pm / 3pm to 11pm /11pm to 7am) (Rotating Shift)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $1,250 + $250 Housing Allowance + $500 Fixed allowance + OT + Performance bonus (Quarterly)
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee setting up production moulds and troubleshooting processes to ensure smooth and quality production.
• Implement the production plan to meet daily targets.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure sufficient materials are available for production.
• Experience in setting up injection moulding machines for precision plastic parts is required.
• Ensure the production area is safe, productive, and equipped with necessary inventory.
• Work independently to maintain and improve moulding processes, reducing discrepancies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications

• 5 years related experience in similar role
• Knowledgeable in modified mould testing and document the testing process.
• A background in production processes and manufacturing experience is advantageous
• Able to work on rotating shift work and overtimes
