Job summary

CEL COATINGS INDUSTRIES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance on production and facilities equipment, monitor utilities, and ensure proper operation of treatment processes.

You will maintain records, coordinate with team members, and handle disposal of waste materials, with focus on safety and compliance. O level or above and hands-on skills required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in similar industry.
• Basic knowledge of machinery, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Experience using hand and electrical tools.
• Ability to read basic technical manuals and drawings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• O level and above.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance on production and facilities equipment.
• Monitor utilities to prevent waste and detect leaks.
• Operate and inspect the treatment plant to meet discharge limits.
• Maintain records of adjustments and repairs on the plant and production.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure proper plant operation and disposal.
• Dispose of waste sludge and used cartridges via approved channels.
• Conduct routine stocktake of facilities spare parts.

Job description

Job Responsibilites:

• Perform general maintenance for production and facilities equipment
• Monitor utilities usage to ensure normal usage and no leakages
• Operate and check treatment plant to ensure with stipulated Trade Effluent discharge limit.
• Maintaining accurate records, adjustments, and repairs performed on the treatment plant and production
• Coordinating with other members to ensure the proper functioning and disposal of the treatment process.
• Disposal of waste sludge and used cartridges thru approved waste disposal.
• Perform routine stocktake on facilities spare parts.
