At the heart of our strategy, we are looking for a Production Engineer in charge of ensuring the availability, reliability, and scalability of our mission-critical payment platforms.

Your responsibilities

  • Deploy, manage, and optimize business applications for real-time payment systems (instant payments, remittances, cards, etc.)
  • Streamline deployment processes with advanced CI/CD approaches using XLDeploy
  • Manage, deploy and orchestrate containers with Docker
  • Administer application artifacts and dependencies via Nexus
  • Ensure robust application and system monitoring through Splunk or Dynatrace
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents (log analysis, performance tuning, process recovery)
  • Operate within Unix/Linux environments, automating tasks using advanced Shell scripting
  • Maintain, configure, and optimize web servers (such as Apache, NGINX, or equivalents)
  • Proactively suggest, design, and implement continuous improvements (quality, SRE, automation, incident reduction)
  • Analyze and respond to level 3 user tickets on the payment stream

Our Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-6 years’ hands-on experience in production support of payment systems, DevOps, or application operations (preferably in Payments, FinTech, or Banking)
  • Advanced knowledge of Unix/Linux system administration and shell scripting
  • Strong hands-on expertise with: Docker, XLDeploy, Nexus, Splunk/Dynatrace
  • Good grasp of web server architectures and microservices concepts
  • Advantageous skills: Volpay, Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab CI, Kafka, RabbitMQ, REST APIs
  • Analytical mindset, technical curiosity, strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and service orientation; team spirit
