Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is hiring a Production Support Engineer (LCD Board) to join our Bedok operations. You will support daily production activities, troubleshoot equipment and processes, and coordinate maintenance to help meet quality and efficiency targets.

You will also maintain essential SOPs and QC documentation, collaborate with Production and Quality teams, and assist with NPI and engineering changes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant engineering field.
• NITEC or Higher NITEC with minimum 3 years of engineering experience is acceptable.
• Knowledge in manufacturing systems, equipment maintenance, basic troubleshooting or process improvement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production manufacturing operations to meet targets for production, quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment, machines and processes and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and manage critical spare parts.
• Maintain production documentation (SOPs, checklists, QC flowcharts) and ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality to drive continuous improvement and OEE
• Plan line reconfigurations and conduct process re-validation and report preparation.
• Support new product introductions and engineering changes.

Education

Diploma/ Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Robotics/ Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering
