THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Support Engineer (LCD Board) to assist daily production operations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance and process improvements.

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Robotics/ Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- NITEC or Higher NITEC with minimum 3 years relevant engineering experience.
- Knowledge in manufacturing system, equipment maintenance, basic troubleshooting, or process improvement is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Support daily production manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets.
- Troubleshoot equipment/machine and process issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance of equipment and manage critical spare parts.
- Maintain production documentation (SOP, Checklist, QC flowchart etc) and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with Production and Quality departments to support continuous improvement initiatives to manufacturing operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve OEE, yield, and productivity.
- Plan and coordinate production line re-configurations when needed and conduct process re-validation and report preparation.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and engineering changes.
- Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
