Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is hiring a Production Support Engineer (LCD Board) to support daily production operations at our Bedok South facility. You will troubleshoot equipment and processes, coordinate preventive maintenance, and maintain SOPs and QC documents to ensure quality and safety standards.

Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to drive improvements in OEE, yield, and productivity, and assist with NPIs and engineering changes as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a Diploma or Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Robotics/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering.
• Alternatively, NITEC/Higher NITEC with at least 3 years engineering experience.
• Knowledge in manufacturing systems, equipment maintenance or process improvement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Troubleshoot equipment/machine and process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance of equipment/machines and manage critical spare parts.
• Maintain production documentation (SOP, Checklist, QC flowchart, etc.) and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve OEE, yield, and productivity.
• Plan and coordinate production line re-configurations and conduct process re-validation and report preparation.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) and engineering changes.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Location: 5 Bedok South, Yokogawa Building, S(469270)
Working Days: Mon - Fri, 5 days
Working Hours: 8.00 am to 5.30pm
Salary: Basic $3300 to $3700+PB+AWS+Annual Increment

Job scope:

• Support daily production manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets.

• Troubleshoot equipment/machine & process issues and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate preventive maintenance of equipment/machines and manage critical spare parts.

• Maintain production documentation (SOP, Checklist, QC flowchart etc) and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Collaborate with Production and Quality departments to support continuous improvement initiatives to manufacturing operations.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve OEE, yield, and productivity.

• Plan and coordinate production line re-configurations (streamlining) when needed and conduct process re-validation and report preparation.

• Support new product introductions (NPI) and engineering changes.

• Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A Diploma or Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Robotics/ Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Or NITEC / Higher NITEC with minimum 3 years relevant engineering experience.

• Knowledge in manufacturing system, equipment maintenance, basic troubleshooting, or process improvement is advantageous.
