Job summary

BIZLINK SPEEDY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to establish efficient rack assembly processes for new projects. You will analyze non-conforming parts, coordinate ECO updates, and work with Purchasing and QA to resolve supplier issues while guiding production teams.

The role requires a degree in engineering and 3–5 years of manufacturing/boxbuild experience, with hands-on capability and strong interpersonal skills to support a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Manufacturing/Mechanical) or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of related manufacturing/boxbuild and rack assembly experience preferred.
• SAP and MES knowledge/experience preferred.
• Analytical skills with a hands-on approach.
• Good interpersonal skills, proactive and team-oriented.
• Able to define requirements for interdisciplinary teams and set system parameters.
• Team player, systematic and result oriented.
• Competent in MS Office and Google AppSheet applications.

Responsibilities

• Establish step-by-step manufacturing processes (Lot-Traveler creation) to improve efficiency and product quality for new projects.
• Analyze and manage non-conforming parts on the production line; collaborate with Purchasing and QA to resolve supplier claims.
• Update in-house documents, jigs, and fixtures related to ECOs.
• Coordinate with production teams, monitor progress, and adjust schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on rack assembly techniques, quality standards, and safety.
• Engage in hands-on assembly tasks on the production line as required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Description:-

• To establish step by step manufacturing processes (Lot-Traveler creation) to improve work efficiency and enhance product quality for new project

• To analyze and manage non-conforming parts on the production line, collaborating with the Purchasing and QA departments to resolve the claiming process with the supplier

• Updating in-house documents, jigs, and fixtures related to Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)

• Proactively coordinating with production teams, monitoring progress and adjusting schedules as needed to meet delivery deadlines

• Providing training and guidance to production staff to ensure that they are proficient in system rack assembly techniques, quality standards, and safety procedures

• Willingness to engage in hands-on assembly tasks on the production line as required.

• Any other other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirement:-

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical), or related disciplined.

• Minimum 3-5 years of related manufacturing /boxbuild and rack assembly experience will be given prior consideration

• SAP and MES know-how and experience is preferred

• Ability to use analytical skills and a "hands-on" person

• Good interpersonal skills, proactive and work well with others

• Able to define requirement for interdisciplinary teams and identify suitable system parameters
