SYS-MAC Automation Engineering PTE LTD is seeking an experienced production supervisor to oversee and improve manufacturing operations across plants. You will support engineering teams and help draw up safety protocols, aiming to raise efficiency and reduce waste.
Key duties include reviewing production schedules, designing efficient processes, implementing continuous improvements, digitizing work instructions, and updating BOMs and cost analyses.
To supervise and improve production at plants and factories. To support engineering teams and draw up safety protocols.
Report issue to the Section Head, develop efficiency, best practice for the production
Reviewing production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information.
Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
Developing and implementing continuous process improvements and technological upgrades.
Technological upgrades includes digitization of WI, training materials, SPC control and Serial Numbers tracking.
Designing control systems to minimize cost and production issues. (Cycle Time Improvement and Minimize the reject).
Developing design and production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel.
Preparing materials and equipment list, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated production costs.
Designing the layout of facilities and determining personnel tools requirements.
Work with NPI Team to improve the work Instruction (WI) and update WI.
Work with NPI Team to perfect the BOM and update BOM.
Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.
Managing process documentation and preparing production reports.
Enforce Safety Procedures and practices at all times in compliance to company safety policies and regulatory standards
Performs duties as assigned or as situation dictates.
Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in contract manufacturing environment
Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineering with 3 years experience in contract manufacturing environment
EAB/EAS certification.
Knowledge of Batch and mass production, machinery, lean processes, and standards.
Experience in medical devices, cleanroom, GMP environment advantageous.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Troubleshooting skills using analysis tools/ approach and attention to details.
Documentation and organization skills
Proficiency in MS Office , project management software and AutoCAD.
