Job summary

Fuku by Momofuku on Jurong Island invites an entry-level Production Engineer with a Chemical Engineering degree to join our dynamic manufacturing environment. You will lead a team of technicians, work with the latest manufacturing technology, and help ensure safe, efficient plant operations while gaining experience in process optimization and quality conformance.

You will develop skills in process control, troubleshooting, instrumentation, and technical reporting while contributing to cost

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of process control, troubleshooting, plant equipment, and instrumentation.
• Strong analytical and technical report writing skills.
• Leadership qualities, initiative, drive, and commitment.
• Ability to handle pressure and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of Production Technicians to ensure the safe and efficient running of production processes.
• Support the Process Engineer in conducting activities and projects to optimize operations and achieve cost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plant, equipment, and quality issues promptly, recommending effective countermeasures.
• Monitor plant equipment to ensure reliability and integrity.
• Support shift operations by providing optimal operating conditions for stable plant performance and high product quality.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Location: Jurong Island (Company transport provided at designated points)
Shift Details: 12-hour shifts, rotating between AM and PM
