Key duties include supporting commissioning, start-up and shutdown, operating and monitoring production equipment, performing quality checks and basic maintenance, logging data, and participating in ERT training while adhering to HSE standards. 12-hour rotating shifts apply.

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or other relevant technical disciplines.
• Willing to work on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
• Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support plant commissioning, start-up, shutdown, and day-to-day production operations.
• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient plant performance.
• Conduct quality inspections, sampling activities, and routine operational checks.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability.
• Record and maintain accurate operational data and logs.
• Participate actively in Emergency Response Team (ERT) training and emergency preparedness activities.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and company safety procedures.

Education

NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology
