Qualifications

• Strong analytical and technical report writing skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of Production Technicians for safe, efficient production.
• Support the Process Engineer in optimization projects to improve operations and cost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plant, equipment, and quality issues promptly with countermeasures.
• Monitor plant equipment to ensure reliability and integrity.
• Support shift operations with optimal conditions for stable performance and quality.
